As your event coordinator, it is our job to make it all come together seamlessly and as stress-free as possible for you as our client. We particularly love being a part of a couple's wedding planning process because we get to witness love in front of us on a daily basis. Who doesn't love seeing other people in love? Where to even begin with Stephanie and her team! She was such an amazing person and an even more amazing wedding planner! We started the planning process a little late but she was able to accommodate and help us even with our time restrictions. The main thing I loved about her, she is so calm! She made me feel calm when I wanted to pull my hair out! She had an amazing team with her the day of our wedding and took care of me, my husband, and our parents. We hired Stephanie to do our day of coordination but what she offers is so much more than that. We met on multiple occasions leading up to our big day. She asked all the right questions, wanted to know who the vendors were and what they’re contact info was, how we wanted our day to progress, special music, all down to the most minute detail. She had ongoing contact with all the vendors to make sure they were going to show up at the right place and on time. When the day finally did come, I was constantly asking if she had heard from this vendor or if this vendor had shown up yet and she just calmly looked at me and said “don’t worry, everyone has shown up, everything is ready.” At that moment, I could let it all go and my worries disappeared. We'll step in as soon as you want us to, help you in creating a vision, and book the perfect vendors to make that happen. This package is for couples who really want to appreciate their engagement period. You'll get to enjoy the entire planning process stress-free without the hassle of worrying about a million details.
This package is ideal for those couples who have already started the planning process and have at least half of their vendors secured. By this point, you might have noticed how many details there can be and are suddenly feeling overwhelmed or you just might not be sure how to pull it all together. With this package, we’ll step in at least halfway through and help you book your remaining vendors. We’ll gather everything you’ve already completed, go through it, and organize it all. We assist in floor plan design and seating arrangements, day-of timeline, liaison between you and your vendors, and more.
So you’ve booked all your vendors and are not sure how to wrangle them all together? Or maybe you do, but you don’t want to leave the responsibility to your closest friends and family the day-of (and who knows if they can even handle the responsibility). Our most basic package, our Month-Of Coordination package, is perfect for the couples who can do it all, but just needs someone to pull all the details together for them and be their event day director to see their vision come true. By stepping in at least 30 days before to relieve the pressure, this will give us time to make sure we grasp the look and feel you’re really striving for and will also allow us to make sure that happens seamlessly. Let us take over to communicate with your vendors, oversee set up and breakdown, and other details that would otherwise stress you out and prevent you from also enjoying your special day.

Meet the Owner
Stephanie graduated from the University of Houston and has been working in the event industry since 2012. Since being in the industry, she has been able to work under several companies before starting Peachy Events in 2017. Being able to do so gave Stephanie the opportunity to see what worked for some, what didn't work for others, and allowed her to formulate what would be successful for her, the team, and their clients. Her favorite part of a wedding day is the father/daughter dance. It gets to her every time!
When Stephanie isn’t working, she can be found trying new bars and restaurants in town with her friends, at the gym, or reading a good book. One of her personal goals is to read a book a week in 2020.
